the filament must have blown

I am anaemic. I forgot I was anaemic. I was told this last year, and haven't really thought about it since. I've been tired for months, and you think knowing both these things I would have connected the two facts together...

I wonder if it's affecting the blood circulation to my brain because my dumbness astonishes me. I'd like to have a sit down now please.
